A Sacred Ceremony Experience
Drop into your body, release built-up tension, and reconnect with the warrior within. Our Deep Stretch Vinyasa class blends slow, intentional movement with expansive stretching designed to open the body and balance the breath to synchronized movements. This class will take you on a journey of carefully articulated movements that aren’t too slow or too fast; they meet you in the sweet spot where your breath can lead and your body can follow.
Hawachuma, also known as San Pedro cactus, is a sacred plant medicine from the Andes, revered for thousands of years. Indigenous peoples of Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia have worked with this cactus in ceremonies for healing, divination, and spiritual awakening.
The Quechua word Hawachuma means “remover of the head” — symbolizing the dissolution of the ego, mental chatter, and illusions, allowing the heart and spirit to open.
Often called the “grandfather medicine,” Hawachuma carries a masculine, grounding energy, complementing the feminine wisdom of Ayahuasca.
Participants often experience:
Deep sense of connection with nature and all living beings
Expansion of the heart center (love, compassion, forgiveness)
Release of emotional and energetic blockages
Heightened clarity, creativity, and presence
Spiritual visions, ancestral guidance, and personal insights
As with all plant medicines, experiences vary. Some participants may encounter:
Nausea, stomach discomfort, or purging (physical/emotional release)
Intense emotions or resurfacing of past traumas for healing
Sensitivity to sounds, light, or energy in the space
Physical fatigue after long ceremonial immersion
With preparation, respect, and skilled facilitation, these effects are part of the medicine’s cleansing and teaching process.
At Rebirth, we hold this sacred work in reverence, guided by ancestral traditions and the wisdom of the heart. Together, we create a space of love, healing, and awakening — one where presence becomes the portal to rebirth.
